Sādhana is possible with good time use. True love shines naturally when the mind is pure; it can’t be forced or sought externally. Control of the mind takes repeated effort. Healing comes through right action and remedies. Listening to anger isn’t always helpful. Emotions intensify during certain times like the equinox.
