In this darśana Babaji says: Meditation is easy with a trained mind. Subtle energies link to guṇas and elements. Reincarnation continues until saṁskāras are cleared. Enlightenment is inevitable but effort shortens the path. Autistic and Down syndrome children may embody high spiritual states. Art, austerity, and devotion can all lead to realization. Mind governs destiny.
