A continuation of the last class (Class 30- Karika 23) which covers the idea that Buddhi (the great principle) is ascertainment and will. When sattva is plentiful, buddhi takes the forms of virtue, knowledge, dispassion, and power. When tamas is plentiful, it takes the opposite forms.
