Itchy skin in pregnancy may stem from liver imbalance; cooling remedies help. Yoga isn't dangerous—psychosis risk is lower than in non-yogis unless drugs are used. Mental disorder disconnects one from the subtle body. Saṁskāras draw similar people together, often to work through shared pain or pleasure.
