Zen and yoga differ in method but both lead to thoughtlessness. Consciousness is beyond mind; awareness of cidākāśa transcends time and self. Enlightenment dissolves ego, likes/dislikes, and surprise. Non-attachment, silence, and simplicity aid clarity. True love is rarely pure. Sādhana reveals truth; digestion, not eating, sustains life.
